COMPETITION TERMS & CONDITIONS
"Win a T-Shirt or Long Sleeve Top from Things You Really Like" Promoters: Emily Louise Jeal (@emilylouisejeal) and Things You Really Like (@thingsyoureallylike)
1. Promoters This competition is jointly promoted by Emily Louise Jeal and Things You Really Like. It is not affiliated with, sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram.
2. Eligibility Open to residents of the United Kingdom, United States of America, and Australia aged 18 or over. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of either promoter are not eligible to enter.
3. Competition Period The competition opens on Sunday 18th April 2025 at 12:00 noon (UK time / GMT+1) and closes on Sunday 26th April 2025 at 23:59 (UK time / GMT+1). Entries submitted outside of this period will not be accepted.
4. How to Enter To be eligible, entrants must complete all of the following during the competition period:

Share the competition post to their Instagram Stories
Tag at least one friend in the comments of the competition post
No purchase is necessary to enter. Multiple comments tagging different friends are permitted, but will not increase an entrant's chances of winning. Entries made via third-party competition services will not be accepted.
5. The Prize One (1) winner will receive one (1) T-shirt or long sleeve top of their choice from the Things You Really Like website, subject to availability. The prize is non-transferable, has no cash alternative, and cannot be exchanged in whole or in part. If the selected item becomes unavailable, a reasonable equivalent will be offered.
6. Winner Selection The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries after the competition closes. The draw will be conducted fairly and in accordance with the laws of chance.
7. Winner Notification The winner will be contacted via Instagram direct message by @thingsyoureallylike within 5 days of the competition closing. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours of being contacted, the promoters reserve the right to select an alternative winner.
8. Prize Fulfilment The prize will be fulfilled by Things You Really Like. The winner will need to provide a valid delivery address. Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees for USA and Australia residents are the responsibility of the winner.
9. Entry Conduct The promoters reserve the right to disqualify any entry that is believed to be fraudulent, in breach of these terms, or otherwise inappropriate. The promoters' decisions are final.
10. Privacy & Data Personal data provided by entrants will be used solely for the purpose of administering this competition and will not be shared with third parties or used for marketing without the individual's prior consent. Data will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.
11. Platform Disclaimer This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram, nor is it associated with Instagram in any way. Participants are providing their information to the promoters and not to Instagram.
12. Governing Law These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales in respect of the promoter Emily Louise Jeal (UK), and the laws of Victoria, Australia in respect of the promoter Things You Really Like (Australia). The promoters accept no responsibility for entries lost, delayed, or corrupted due to technical issues beyond their control. Void where prohibited by law.
