No, since our tees are made to order for each individual customer, we are unable to cancel orders once they have been placed.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original form - unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

Who covers return shipping costs?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.


How long does it take to process a return?

Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

At Things You Really Like, we want you to love your purchase. This Returns & Refunds Policy operates alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

1. AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW

Under the ACL, you are entitled to a replacement or refund if an item:

  • Is faulty or damaged

  • Is significantly different from its description

  • Is not fit for its intended purpose

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the ACL.

2. CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS

2.1 Eligibility

We accept change-of-mind returns provided that:

  • The request is made within 14 days of delivery

  • The item is unworn, unused and unwashed

  • All original tags are attached

  • The item is returned in original condition

2.2 Exclusions

Change-of-mind returns are not accepted for:

  • Sale items

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

3. FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

  • Include clear photos and your order number

We will assess the issue and offer a replacement, repair or refund as required under the ACL.

4. RETURNS PROCESS

To request a return:

  1. Email sales@thingsyoureallylike.com.au

  2. Include your order number and reason for return

  3. We’ll provide return instructions

Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

5. RETURN SHIPPING

  • Change-of-mind returns: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • Faulty or incorrect items: return shipping costs will be covered by us

We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return parcels.

6. REFUNDS

Once your return is received and approved:

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for funds to appear, depending on your bank

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law.

7. EXCHANGES

Exchanges are not possible at this stage.

8. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International customers are responsible for:

  • Return shipping costs

  • Any customs duties or taxes incurred

9. GIFTS

If an item was marked as a gift:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original purchaser

  • Store credit may be offered at our discretion

10. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund:

  • Check your bank or payment provider

  • Contact us if more than 10 business days have passed
