4.1 Order Acceptance & Processing
Orders are subject to acceptance. We may refuse or cancel orders for any reason, including stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. Once your payment has been processed and confirmed, a contract is formed.
4.2 Price & Payment
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We accept payment via the methods shown at checkout. You agree to pay the price displayed for the products and any applicable shipping, taxes or duties.
4.3 Pricing Errors
We strive for accurate pricing. If a pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel or correct the order and notify you. Any payments made will be refunded if an order is cancelled due to pricing errors.
4.4 Changes & Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled by you if the order has already been processed or shipped.

We aim to display products accurately, including colours, materials and sizing. However, actual product appearance may vary due to lighting, screens, and manufacturing tolerances. We reserve the right to update product information and discontinue products at any time.
6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Details about shipping costs, delivery times, carriers and international orders will be displayed at checkout or on our Shipping Policy page. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery by the carrier. Title to goods passes to you once we receive full payment.
7. RETURNS, REFUNDS & CONSUMER GUARANTEES
