We use the Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing method, which is a more eco-friendly alternative to traditional screen printing. DTG uses water-based inks and allows us to print on demand, minimizing waste.

Yes! Due to the DTG printing process, your garment may have a distinguished scent when it arrives. This is completely normal and will disappear after the first wash.

Our garments use DTG (direct to garment) printing, which bonds ink directly into the fabric fibres. Some pieces also go through an acid wash process, where dye is applied by hand to create the uneven tones and variation you see. Both require a little extra care to keep them looking their best.

Before the first wear, wash your garment on its own inside out in cold water. This sets the ink, removes any residue from the printing process, and releases any excess dye from the acid wash treatment.

For every wash after that:

• Turn inside out before washing

• Cold water only, gentle cycle

• Mild detergent, no bleach, no fabric softener

• Wash with similar tones for the first few washes

• Best to hang to dry in the shade

• If you iron, do it on reverse only and keep the iron away from the printed area

• No dry cleaning, no soaking

A little fading and colour softening will happen over time with repeated washing. That's normal and expected with both DTG and acid wash garments. Follow these steps and it slows right down significantly. The acid wash colour in particular continues to develop with wear and washing, and honestly looks better for it.
